In Japanese you'd say "ano" or "etto". =]

I've studied Japanese for a few years now, and I've noticed I've started incorporating Japanese fillers into the English. I say "ano" and "etto" just as often as I say "um".

Aww...that's cute.

We played a game where you had to speak for 2 mins without saying um, er, ah and "like". No one won.
